Ukraine's lost 22% of its territory for bring so stupid and perverse as to keep shelling ethnic Russians for 8 long years and then refusing to settle with Russia last April. More than a fifth of its territory and hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian men who've lost their lives for a rotten Nazi regime and its Western sponsors.
