  3. Here in Canada, the supermarkets inside shopping malls are THE most expensive. I suspect the same holds for China.

  7. I remember reading an article in the alternative media a couple of years back, showing exactly how the BBC and The Guardian faked-up photos of Chinese cities to make them appear smog Laden and dingy. Putin's right: we've become the Empire of Lies.

  9. I've been watching China videos by other Western visitors and ex-pats in China, so this is not new to me. But you're right: we're deliberately being kept misinformed about China. (And who knows what else besides.).
