What an excellent program! I'm so glad your brother was able to get a roof over his head through it. And shame on everyone whining about how he's a deadwight and how they are personally paying for his place! What's happened to "Love your neighbour as thyself" and some compassion? People get addicted for all sorts of reasons, and getting off drugs is horribly hard. Worry more about all the Pentagon and Washington DC corruption you're supporting! About all the money you give away to mega-wealthy corporations through your taxes. What goes to these programs for the poor and the homeless is less than a pittance in comparison.
