Awful. And utterly, utterly inhumane. It reminds me of that poor fellow who was press ganged and sent to the front despite missing both of his hands! Ukraine's lost all legitimacy as a state.

@annebritraaen2237 Ocean currents. Their movements are an excellent predictor of long-term (6 months and longer) weather patterns. The day to day stuff is much more difficult to predict with accuracy, though I find weather forecasts in Canada very reliable.

And one that could so easily have been avoided simply by the implementation of the Minsk Accords and NATO's agreement to abide by and implement the terms of its own agreements with the Russian Federation.

Yes, unless there's an overriding reason for doing so. Helping Ukrainian forces save their lives by surrendering to their Russian counterparts would count as one such reason in my opinion
