  4. All it suggests is that Russia isn't interested in more territorial gains, something we've known from the very start. Ukraine lost Novorossiya entirely due to its own stupidity and nastiness: it could have retained it all and spared the lives of hundreds of thousands of its men had it simply implemented the Minsk Accords.
