The Russians pulled their troops from around Kiev as a gesture of good will after the Ukrainians had initialled the peace agreement reached in Turkey. The US then sent Britain's Boris Johnston to threaten Zelensky with withholding UK's and America's security guarantees if Kiev finalized the peace deal. All of the Ukrainian men who've been killed in this proxy war since May 2022, all of Ukraine's losses since then, are on the heads of Zelensky's puppet masters in London, Brussels and Washington.
