  3. This is hilarious: Trump's not confirmed anything. He's just doubled down on his lie that he's spoken with Putin. The Russians have once again, just hours ago, made it perfectly clear that the only contact currently being made is at the level of the State Department and the Russian Ministry of Foreign affairs, with NO substantial, specific proposals from the Americans.
