  1. ​ @bumble-g2j  Even when it was briefly held by the defenders of Donbass, Avdeevka was still in Ukraine. It ceased to be a Ukrainian town when the people of Donbass voted to rejoin Russia. From that moment on, Avdeevka became an occupied town in Russia. It's finally been liberated.

  5. ​ @TeunisMarinus  That was before Avdeevka was turned into the most heavily fortified town in Europe. The battle for that fortified Avdeevka started four months ago.

  7. ​ @Sedona-cl6eg Only the people of the four easternmost regions have voted to rejoin Russia. I suspect that the people of the Odessa and Kharkov regions will do the same if they get a chance, but I'm not sure about those in other regions.
