  2.  @rhiguliedon  Russia had very publicly warned that unless NATO responded positively to its national security requirements, it would be compelled to "take technical military measures" to secure them.

  3.  @rhiguliedon  Not so. Go and read the documents themselves. Nowhere in them is there any mention or hint of "technical-military measures" against NATO itself. Where the measures would be taken was left unsaid, and anyone with a brain in their head understood this meant Ukraine.
