  6.  @wadeday8706  In a proportional representation system, yes, RN would be called upon to firm a coalition government with another party. If they couldn't do so, the solution to the impasse would depend on the details of the particular system. In some, the elections would have to be called again; in others, the party or the coalition of parties that got the 2nd most votes would then be asked to form a coalition government of their own. The French don't have a system of proportional representation, though, and I've no idea what happens in this situation according to their specific laws. If you do, that would be interesting to hear.
