  6. Monica is absolutely correct. You could call this incompetence in the beginning, but there comes a point when that argument becomes nonsensical. We are at that point. There is no way that this can be incompetence any longer. This HAS to be intentional. By the way, they say it themselves. They say things like "We are in a good position to...' or "We are transitioning". This is where THEY WANT the country to be right now.

He did come back in the second one and walked all over Romney, with a little help from the moderators. Obama was a terrible President but he was skilled at communicating, and really only had one bad debate in his entire career.
