  1. Monica is absolutely correct. You could call this incompetence in the beginning, but there comes a point when that argument becomes nonsensical. We are at that point. There is no way that this can be incompetence any longer. This HAS to be intentional. By the way, they say it themselves. They say things like "We are in a good position to...' or "We are transitioning". This is where THEY WANT the country to be right now.
