No, it's age. You can't point to outliers and claim it's a fallacy. Thats the kind of thinking that has women on the front lines now. Can some women handle it? Sure, the outliers can.

@justgivenofox9543 My boss is 84. He stays busy all day and can work circles around some 20 year olds that work where I work. it's very physically demanding work. His son works there now. He's a wimp and gets tired quickly and complains....A LOT!😂😂

@justgivenofox9543 I'm a welder/fabricator. We primarily do maintenance on freight train cars. The work is hot as hell in the summer and cold like a b^tch in the winter. Everything is heavy. Everything is dirty. Everything can kill you if you don't have your head on straight. We go thru a lot of employees.😆

@tomkerruish2982 I work outside to although I've never been dehydrated. I would think if it was dehydration he would have grabbed at the water bottle. Wouldn't he? I don't know, like I said I've never been dehydrated. At least not to the point of passing out that is.
