Keep it up Democrats. You guarantee a good mid term election for the Republicans.👍

@ Did the people that attended Biden's rallies have lives? I mean....if there were any people that attended a Biden rally.🤔 😂😂

No it's free speech unless there's destruction of private property, stopping traffic etc etc. That clear it up for you?

@ If I type what he said it will be removed by youtube.

@ My eyes.

We've never been a Democracy. You should not have quit school so early.

So?

@ Inciting violence. Various hate speech laws. Blocking traffic. Destruction of private property. To name a few. He doesn't have to break a law to be deported. It's up to the discretion of the Secretary of State. They don't want him in jail, they just want him out of the country, that's why there are no charges, but there very well could be. That clear it up for you?
2
@ I told you what and why but youtube doesn't want you to know so they removed it. 🤔
2
They block traffic and destroy private property. Like it or not....that's illegal.
2
@Mom-preneur YES!!. You only had to wait until I got a notification of your reply.🤣
2
@ No, it's just leftists around the world. Same as they did the last time they thought the sky was falling.🙄
2
@ Tell that to youtube so they stop removing my comments. They don't get to decide either.
2
@ There doesn't need to be a hearing. It's not required by any law in existence.
2
@budman4224 There is no hearing required to deport a non citizen. They don't have to commit a crime to be deported. If he were charged with a crime a hearing would be required. That is not authoritarian, that is our immigration law. You are completely wrong.
2
@ Ok, just did. I'm still right.
2
It isn't just "to you". That is literally what it is.

@ 👈🤪

@Mom-preneur No, I can't see it.
1
@Mom-preneur Doesn't necessarily mean it's true. Youtube just doesn't like what you're saying.
1
@ Which claims are you referring to?
1
@budman4224 Yes, I did. And yes, I am.
1
@budman4224 Geez man🙄....you said it yourself, he's not being charged with a crime! So that doesn't apply here. What's wrong with you? You just stated my exact point and proved me right. Thanks, I guess😂 Look up IMMIGRATION law. That is what is relevant to his case. When you do you will see that the Executive Branch has sole authority to make this decision. No trial needed. No charges needed. No hearing needed. Again...they ARE NOT trying to put him in jail. They are only telling him to go home. They are allowed to do that.
1
@ There is no punishment here. There are no criminal charges. What are you even talking about? Do you want him to be charged with a crime or what?
1
@budman4224 That case doesn't apply here as well as what you stated earlier, which I have already proved. There is no need to separate from your family. There is nothing holding anyone here. If they don't want to go with him then they are separating themselves. They can do that if they want. Or not. It isn't punishment. There is no law on any books in the United States that states deportation as "punishment" or "sentence" It's just not there. You telling me it is when it isn't written as such is meaningless as it is just your opinion. There is no legal argument to make. This decision rests with the Executive Branch of our government and no one else. It's clear.
1
@budman4224 You can literally fight anything in court in this country. I mean, literally anything and everything. The administration will prevail. They always have in these types of arguments because it is so clear that they have the power to do it. You can delay it by finding a sympathetic judge, but it will only delay the inevitable. There is no hearing required FOR HIM to be deported. The hearing you refer to is for his lawyers challenge. It won't succeed though.
1
@budman4224 We have already been over the 5th Amendment part of your argument. It doesn't apply here. He isn't being charged with a crime. There is no clearer way to say that. Why you don't see that the 5th Amendment deals with criminal charges even when you have obviously read it a few times is...well....weird.🤔
1
@budman4224 You just keep talking in circles. The 5th amendment doesn't apply here. He does have those rights and they are not being violated so it does not apply. I'm bored of saying the same things over and over.
