Contrary to what cnn tells you, there are NOT a lot of people going to Mexico for "medical procedures" There ARE however, a lot of gang bangers going down there to buy cheap pain killers and transporting back to the US to sell on the street for quadruple the price. This cartel caught wind of this particular group. They killed 2 maimed one and let one free to spread the word to stay off their turf. I bet you a million dollars thats what happened here.
