  1. Agreed, also real estate is an even better inflation hedge historically than gold. I'm invested in mall owner Macerich and am looking at office space now. Vornado or Alexander's look interesting.

  3.  @kokjong1359  Yes, Macerich - a prime retail mall operator. And to a lesser extend maybe the office space REITS, Vornado and Alexander's. How about you? What Malaysian REITs do you think are undervalued oder at least fairly priced?

  4. Macerich was cheaper compared to the Zell entities. KLCC is an sharia/islamic REIT, lol. Pavilion... Sounds interesting, will look into that.
