I think he's kinda funny the way he moves his head around.
2
Why focus on the western world? Look at emerging markets and frontier markets!
2
No, it's only picking up once people are able to spend when the virus is gone. Then inflation will pick up which is good for the big guys and bad for the small guys.
2
@matthewfrancis8470 Totally agree. My biggest chunk is a global ETF. I started adding smaller stock picks for some alpha. Has worked out well but there is no guarantee. I usually put those individual gains into the fund for long term growth. Unfortunately I am still a student and can only afford to dollar cost average since I lack of capital. I add quarterly.
2
I live in Europe, so I don't have that much expenses. Here's my current portfolio: Alibaba, L3Harris, Motorola Solutions, Aurora Cannabis and a battery company called Varta of course along with my ETF.
2
Drawdown maybe. But no collapse.

Here's the guy that said he wouldn't touch Chinese stocks. Do NOT listen to these guys and gals. Just see this show as entertainment and maybe as inspiration for further due dilligence on your own behalf.
2
Too late. Now he might be right, actually. But he WAS wrong.
2
Dude, there is no such thing as 'inherent value'. Values are subjective.
2
@andis9076 Hope he loses a lot.
2
jenomsedivam Love ya too
2
Doesn't make sense. At some point the risk free premium may be too big to justify stock valuations. Period.
2
Yeah, sure......

It's called entertainment
2
Was kaufst Du so?
2
@hansel1611 Cool, so are you picking individual names or do you invest in the overall (global/US?) market?
2
@hansel1611 Sounds good. I started at age 21 with a Developed Countries ETF and now dig my toe into stock picking. Want to keep it rather simple, though. My first stock was actually Aurora Cannabis. Now I try to figure out whether to buy the dip on my ETF or on Aurora... What's your opinion? I'm holding long term.
2
@hansel1611 Thanks for sharing your thoughts. My idea was along these lines: Aurora seem to be leading the global markets and will be among the first big Cannabis companies to be profitable, strong management, well integrated. I expect this industry to be growing in time. Plus, the volatility is just bigger compared to my ETF... Which implies more possible gains. Tough one... Still not sure. I'm actually leaning towards buying more Aurora.
2
At this point. lol.
2
It's not THC, it's VITAMINE E! Gosh...

Millennials buying their 2nd home... And then she's defining it within the range of mid 30s... Aha.
2
@BjorckBengt Tesla is not even a profitable company, they show a profit due to tax credits. They are selling very few cars. It's totally fringe and it will not save the world from whatever.
2
Luna EB Unfortunately the GOP has become some sort of Trump cult.

Can't believe people are fearing inflation now... Unbelievable.
1
@bryanh8292 There is price inflation going on with regards to equities and real estate. But look at the CPI. Wages are going up as well.
1
What's with the bad data they published though? I'm not sure on this one....
1
Are you re to the reverse split particularily or do you see a fundamental issue?
