  2.  @BigMike10960  We don't know what OPEC will do, though. This is also highly political. And then consider all the Green New Deals in the western world. The rise of Tesla. I looked at Halliburton, Schlumberger and EOG. I placed my additional bets on tech stocks for 2020 and possibly beyond. though.
