@seannymommy . . . I'm not sure. I think I'd use the 80/20 rule. I think people know it when they start to discuss it openly with friends about how many fill in the blank seem to be moving in. Do you think the "Native Indigenous American Indians" knew at what point too much diversity was a problem? Or maybe they were just xenophobic of innocent white immigrant settlers looking for a better life. Or maybe it's all these "countries of color" that have immigration and citizenship laws structured to keep their ethnic/racial majorities the same. "People of color" emigrating to white countries = immigrants = good White people emigrating to "countries of color" = Colonization = bad Can you cite to me a country that has been successful long-term where the population of that country had large %'s of different races? Or maybe you could address B. Obama as he's stated a few times about whether or not a large multiracial country will be successful or not. Look it up. It was in one of his books. Maybe Japan could open up their borders no? Or maybe Israel could open up their borders and also repeal the "right of return"? How about all those "countries of color" practice open borders?

@Theyungcity23 . . . I'm not talking in two directions. I said if they are "complaining" about it. He was a janitor because he enjoyed the job and did not complain. He knew he was smart enough to do something else, but he was humble and wise enough to find what he was good at and what he enjoyed and that was being a janitor. Maybe people getting "screwed over" in one job realize it's not for them and move on to some other type of work. You're the one that threw in "capitalism" as an implication of being bad and I'm refuting that. I'm not really sure if you even have an argument as we all have free will and the freedom to make choices about what job or career we do. I get it that sometimes people fall on hard times and are in situations where their choices are limited at the moment. But usually those situation are, or at least can be, temporary. But if they're always whining and complaining whoa is me then they might never figure out what they want to do or life in general. I'm a negative person by nature, but I'm still able to see the positive aspects in life and within our current system. Another thing is that not everyone can be in the corner office. Some people, regardless of how smart they are, are cut from the cloth of a janitor. But our society, with its good intentions of telling people they can be whatever they want to be, has fooled too many people into careers and jobs that make them miserable. Anyway, that's my take on it. Gotta go.

@Pteromandias . . . yep. . . or basically the different races are just that. . .different. And they will structure their societies differently from each other. It doesn't mean one race is better than another, it just means we're different. A little diversity is fine and probably a good thing. Too much diversity brings division and conflict. The longer we ignore that the worse things will get. The quicker we identify it the better chance we have to reduce conflict.

@Theyungcity23 Nah! If someone is that stupid to work that many hours per week at McDonald's then they probably aren't that bright to begin with and get the job they deserve. But I highly doubt most people working fast food work over 40 hours a week. I've been working for over 30 years and even worked at fast food myself and can tell you that most people working those hours are CEOs (higher ups), small business owners, or skilled trades where they make big money on overtime or just the extra money from whatever job they're doing. I know linemen that make almost $200k a year. I know plumbers that make over $100k. . .and that's not the plumber that's the owner of the business. I knew small business owners that worked almost every day. . . it was their life. I know CEOs that basically worked 24/7. I worked for a CEO at a publicly traded company that would call in everyday for daily briefings even when he was on vacation. He was an awesome CEO. He was very intimidating but in a good way. He not only articulated himself well, he knew the business and could sift thru all the bullshit to root out problems. He could also see all the bullsheitters and got rid of them when he came across them. You seem like you might be one of those people that haven't figured out where your lot in life is. Are you resentful that people don't see your true value and how intelligent you are? I see people like that all the time. They look down not only at those more successful than them, even if the more successful aren't as "enlightened" as you, but they also look down on the ignorant masses but use them as a tool to attack the more successful. I see those characteristics a lot with self-proclaimed intellectual Leftists.

@Theyungcity23 . . . when I was younger minimum wage was for teenagers and those twenty somethings that screwed up when they were younger. But it was never meant to be for a career. And actually, it is a matter of being dumb if you're working for minimum wage 7 days a week 16 hours a day as you stated and implied in your original post. And state/federal law would require the employer to pay overtime after 40 hours. If restaurants are understaffed, then the market would probably dictate they pay more than minimum wage to get people to work. I think you're exaggerating the working 7 days a week 16 hours a day. I think you're a Socialist looking to demonize the free market. I'm not looking down on anyone for working hard. But I am stating that if someone is working 7 days a week 16 hours a day and complaining about it then they are an idiot. I worked at a company where we had a janitor that I used to talk to. He was a fairly sharp older man. And in discussions with him he mentioned that he was happy and content being a janitor even though he knew he was smart enough to do something else. I respect that more than someone that is lying to themselves about moving up the corporate ladder. It's not for everyone. That's why I mentioned about if you knew your lot in life.

55:00. . .Liberalism was actually "Classical Liberalism" going into the 1960s. The United States was a Conservative country and it's founding principles are Right Wing. It is clearly defined in our Constitution the rights of the individual and the limits of the Federal Government. . .which runs contrary to Leftism/Liberalism. Please understand that distinction because if and when you don't you come across as either naive or deceitful.

I consider myself strongly aligned with Libertarian Philosophy, but I've come to realize that the vast majority of people do not fully understand Libertarian principles or won't accept them. I also seem to associate this anti-libertarian philosophy with non-White / non-Western people. So I've come to the conclusion that a Libertarian type society/philosophy is not universal and is more of a tribal type ideology. Why, as a Libertarian, would you welcome non-white / non-western people into your western style libertarian republic democracy when their natural inclinations would be to eliminate that system and replace it with a political/economic system that more resembles their natural inclinations and characteristics?

@zemorph42 . . .what? Medical bankruptcy is a path to lead a normal life again and learn from your mistakes or your misfortune. That's life. But to upend a system that worked perfectly fine up until the 1960s is ludicrous. I think we should also allow student loan bankruptcy in order to hold accountable the atrocious education our higher institutions of learning are putting out. . . aka "experts". But instead of the taxpayer holding the student loan bag, force these Colleges and Universities to foot the bill. You might be "educated" but you're not too bright.

@JerehmiaBoaz . . .I don't see Japanese wringing their hands over racism. I don't see the Chinese worrying about racial quotas. I don't think Nigeria cares too much about whether or not their society is diverse enough. I don't think Pakistan is promoting more Chinese Pakistanis. The only group of people I see worrying about "diversity" is white people who are pretty close to being a minority when you look at it globally. Nobody is forcing preferences. Those social norms, customs, traditions, etc. are the natural results of the majorities characteristics. Who am I to say Nigeria should conform to what I think is proper and just as a white male. Should white people then go about around the world to also request universal standards of human behavior, norms, hiring, etc be administered and adhered to? Or is that only what white societies should do? What is wrong with voluntary segregation, absolute freedom of association, and discrimination? I think more "ethnic" minorities have a better life and standard of living in the United States than their country of origin. But still they seem to cry racism and want to change our system that was much better than what they left into a system that was similar to the one they left. The people make a country not the land. The different races are just that. . .different. And those different races will structure their societies differently. A little diversity is fine and probably a good thing. Too much diversity brings division and conflict. If the United States is systemically racist, then why are so many NBA, NFL, 100 Meter athletes black? Does evolution only work from the neck down? White people build nice societies because we are more well rounded "in general" than most other races. . .good and bad characteristics. We've waged extremely violent and bloody wars and created beautiful peaceful neighborhoods. Anyway, gotta go.

Were the "Native" Americans scared of white settlers emigrating to North America looking for a better life. Are all these "countries of color" afraid of people that look different than them? Because most "countries of color" have strict immigration and citizenship laws designed to keep their ethnic/racial majority the same. It sure seems like it's the "minorities" that want all these government protections and special treatment at the expense of discriminating against white people. How many times to we have to hear black people blame their failures on racism?

@yoyoyoyoyo6714 . . . worse yet is blaming Chinese people for Pearl Harbor just because they're Asians also. How many white Polish, Hungarian, Swedish, Irish, etc. Americans participated in the Atlantic Slave Trade or Colonialism? Not many if any at all. It was mostly the English, French, and Spanish, And yet "Hispanics" with Spanish ancestry get a free pass on their ancestral ties to slavery and colonialism.

@seannymommy . . . thank you. . . except it's not racist. It mostly is truthful. It's called race realism. I'm not sure if you can see all my comments and I'm not sure what else I could say. Diversity is not the norm around the world. Self-segregation is. Japan, China, Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Mexico, Somalia, Syria, etc. don't seem too concerned about diversity. It seems only white nations are wringing their hands about "diversity". If diversity is such a strength then why does it seem we are so divided over it. Anyway, if you can see all my comments I'm not sure what else I could add. A little diversity if fine and probably a good thing. Too much diversity brings division and conflict.

@AlanStoneInGreece . . . I'm GenX. . . you know. . . the normal generation that doesn't have to always talk about their generation. I'm a Libertarian but not a pure libertarian. I'm also a tribalist/nationalist. . . whatever you want to call it. I don't think we can all live peacefully together. That's not the way of the world. I don't believe in a multicultural society or multiracial society or that it can succeed. People are tribal by nature and they need to be allowed to express it and embrace it while having the understanding that it's not a "I'm superior to you" card. A little diversity is fine and probably a good thing. Too much diversity leads to division and conflict. Almost every other non-white ethnicity/race practices tribalism and are not demonized for it and their immigration/citizenship laws are structured to keep their ethnic/racial majority the same. I find nothing wrong with it. It is only white Western societies that seem to have "diversity" coerced and forced upon them. So I don't think a "Socialist New World Order" or "The Great Replacement" or "The Great Reset" are right wing conspiracy theory scare tactics. They are actually happening right before our eyes and now more and more people are admitting it. Klaus Schwab from the WEF and others have openly talked about these issues.

@Pteromandias . . . whether a person likes hot weather or cold weather says so much about their character. It's uncanny how people that like hot weather seem to be ignorant or bad workers or lazy. I find people that like colder climates tend to be harder workers, more organized, etc. And I'm not joking. I know it sounds weird, but when I get to know people and their character, work ethic, personality, etc. and if hot weather / cold weather ever gets mentioned it's almost an exact correlation.

@dee5298 . . . are you open minded enough to accept that some people within a ethnic/racial group are more tribal than others and that it's not necessarily a bad thing. Some people like to keep with their own and others like to mix it up.

@dee5298 . . . But people don't have the right to live the way they want. They don't have absolute freedom of associate or freedom to discriminate. That right then dictates the people that will come here and the culture that will take shape. This is partially why our country is changing dramatically right before our eyes. Most of these newer "immigrants of color" do not see the world the same way white people do. Most do not care about our history, culture, traditions, etc. Some do, but most don't. A white Polish, Hungarian, Italian, etc. American cherishes our history, good or bad, and all the customs, language, traditions, etc. even though many of those white immigrants came to this country during the 20th century. . .after slavery and colonialism. They don't go around spouting white privilege, systemic racism, inherent bias, etc. or referring to themselves as a minority or "person of color". Why is that? If culture and race are not linked then why did white immigrants from the late 1800s and early 1900s assimilate just fine? I don't see where "people of color" in large enough numbers will accept our Constitution that was created and founded by white Westerners. I believe those that pushed for the 1965 Immigration Act and all the other "unconstitutional acts" of the 1960s knew different immigrants of color would change not only the demographics but also the politics. Why wouldn't they owe you a voice when their people are coming to this country then? It should be a two way street. Open borders for everyone. If Somalia doesn't let in all immigrants than why should we let in Somalians? We have no obligation to the rest of the world. . .especially now that we're living in a Post Constitutional era. What if immigration does not have pure intentions from the country of origin? Yeah. . . they're not stealing your money. . . no. . . many are just burdening our unconstitutional social services and voting in more Democrats that will eventually bring us full blown Socialism. This is the problem with pure Libertarians. You're so open minded your brains have fallen out.

You sound like a strong Libertarian minded person that believes in absolute freedom of association and the freedom to discriminate as private individuals/orgs, federalism, separation of powers, etc. But we don't have that anymore. We haven't really had that in a long time. We actually are living in a post-Constitutional era. The only area that I may disagree with you is that a multi-racial society in which there are large %'s of different races will not work. It hasn't worked. Actually, it was that line of thinking that gave us so many unconstitutional laws, departments, agencies, bureaucracies, etc. from the 1960's. . .white guilt. (and yes I know the plan to overthrow America by Marxists started long before that). The progressive Marxist Left knew that other "people of color" would vote for a system not similar to the one created by white Europeans (English White Men in particular. And the white people that came to the US without any social system in place and had to work were probably cut from better cloth then the ones that stayed). That is why they tricked white America into accepting and passing the 1965 Immigration Act and so many other unconstitutional acts. Do the people make the country or is it the land? Different races will structure their societies differently. Just something to keep in mind. . . Race realism is not the same as being a racist. Tribalism is human nature. @Paradoxian2 . . .sorry. You can twist it all you want, but Classical Liberalism is nothing remotely associated with Modern Liberalism and is more in line with Libertarian/Conservative philosophy. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the complete opposite of Leftist philosophy. The Bill of Rights is a confirmation of the rights of the Individual and doubles down on limiting the power of the Federal Government. Our Constitution is the road map of the Federal Government in what it is allowed to do and NOT do. You Lefties/"Liberals" can have the French Revolution as your example. . . or any other failed attempt at creating some sort of Leftist utopia on earth where it has failed miserably. But your arrogance blinds you to ever admit that you're wrong. Even now, when the Left is showing symptoms of delusion and reign of terror like traits you still have liberals trying to pontificate what is happening on the Left as if this isn't the type of behavior that arises when Leftist philosophy and Leftist type people become the majority. @zemorph42 . . . and you still are clueless. Universal healthcare? LOL. The United States is over $30 Trillion in debt with inflation becoming a major problem. Could you imagine how much worse inflation would be if we provided Universal Healthcare, a living wage, free college, etc?. Less people would be willing to go out and work while a shrinking labor force would be taxed at a much higher rate with even fewer laborers, etc. to pay for those benefits. Only someone as educated as you could pontificate about an ideology that has failed countless times over the last century. Maybe Europe can lead the way. . .sure they had a few World Wars, Communisms Iron Curtain, and now the Ukrainian conflict which might lead to a larger one. Heck, European countries in NATO can't even pay their obligated NATO dues and have relied on the United States military since WWII.

Are these the same "experts" that stated COVID 19 did not come from a lab? etc. etc. etc. The problem is, is that people like you rely too much on "experts" and put faith that these experts could run our society much better than the average Joe. And yet in the 20th century the intellectuals and experts promoted a system that was to bring equality to all and all it did was kill, starve, murder, imprison, etc. hundreds of millions of people. I'll take the invisible hand of the free market any day over the planned economy espoused by the "experts" of academia.

And at what point and how large of a society does it become unnecessary to invade and raid other tribes? And then that begs the question as to why the "males" from one tribe would then have to "invade" or "raid" another? If it was natural they wouldn't have to "invade" or "raid". And why would the "males" from that tribe protect the females of their tribe. Oh boy. . . seems like a lot of contradictory information being thrown around about your social constructs. The vast majority of people self-segregate. Even today college students will self-segregate in college lunch rooms by race. Even Barrack Obama has mentioned that it still remains to be seen if a large multiracial society will be successful. A little diversity if fine and probably a good thing. Heck, Jared Taylor was basically raised in Japan and he says "racism" is foreign to them and that the Japanese only want Japanese living there for the most part. Why were white settlers looking for a better life considered a genocide? So are you also saying that mass immigration from "countries of color" with strict immigration/citizenship laws to white countries with liberal immigration/citizenship laws is white genocide? How is it any different to have a host nation (white nation) open their doors to "people of color" to then only be labeled as racist xenophobes that have inherent bias and white privilege and are the scourge of the earth? Race is not a social construct. Race is mostly biological with a small % of it being a social construct of culture, behavior, etc. that some people of different races can cross over and do just fine. Oh. . . and by the way. Many "Hispanics" have Spanish (Colonizer/Slave Trade) Ancestry while there are many white Americans (Polish, Hungarian, Irish, etc) that have no ancestors tied to either. But I'm glad that you will finally stop calling those innocent white English settlers colonizers and just refer to them as innocent white immigrants looking for a better life. And that it was the xenophobic "Native" Indians that were too narrow minded to live peacefully with the white man. Oh. . .and don't forget that many "Hispanics" have Spanish ancestry that have ancestral ties to Colonialism/Slavery while many White Americans have little to no ties to Colonialism/Slavery (Polish, Hungarian, Irish, etc.).

Are you so naive to believe we evolved so differently on the outside but no evolution took place in any other aspect? Why do all these "countries of color" have immigration/citizenship laws structured to keep their ethnic/racial majority the same? Are they racist? Why are Mexicans so upset about those white people coming to Mexico in large numbers? After all, Mexico was colonized by the Spanish. We're all the same race so why not just have open borders for all? Is this really your counterargument? Can you deny anything that I've posted? or do you just resort to calling someone a racist?
