@@yeshuaismyking2885 . . . the Soviet Union and 1920's/30's Germany were diametrically opposed to each other. The rise of the Austrian Painter was in big part due to the threat of Communism taking hold in Germany/Europe. Based on my understanding, 1920's Germany was similar to what is taking place in the West today. Have you ever wondered why the Left rarely demonized Stalin or Lenin and is constantly demonizing the Austrian Painter?

@linchag4978 . . . from my understanding of history, Germany was doing pretty well during the 1930's. Much better than most countries. I'm not saying he didn't do anything bad. He did some horrible things. But Communism was much worse and you rarely ever hear about all the atrocities committed by the Communists. I think WWII isn't the great victory we've been led to believe it was. I think people need to look at WWII from a different perspective.

That's the nature of prosperous societies. . .the rise and fall. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. That's just how things are. Conservatives in general are not going to cry about life.
