  1. Ramzi Hermiz drove Shiloh into bankruptcy. He'll blame it on COVID, but Shiloh was on the verge of bankruptcy before COVID came around. What a loser. He was the CEO that transformed Shiloh into a Billion dollar company LOL. Shiloh's revenue was $500 to $600 million before he became CEO and that was at annual domestic volumes that were lower than when he took over. He then took them global and tripled their employee base while not even doubling their revenues. How are you a global Automotive Supplier and only have $1 Billion in Annual Revenue? The only people more incompetent than Ramzi were the Board of Directors. He built an empire out of a house of cards.
