Nor would any business owner value their own property for a loan. A government agency or an investor/bank do their own due diligence when it comes to valuation.

And if people truly value diversity they wouldn't promote mass mixing and mass immigration. It's not wacist to want to preserve your own lineage, heritage, race, etc. Birds of a feather, for the most part, flock together. A little diversity is fine and probably a good thing. Too much diversity brings division and conflict.
