Not only was the previous owner neglectful in the way that he treated Charlie who did nothing at all to be treated that way, the owner wanted to make money off of his poor treatment of that sweet dog. 😡😡😡😡😡 I'm so glad this lady took Charlie away from that horrible place. And now he has toys and he goes for walks and he gets so much love and that's how you treat an animal is with love❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
