I think you made the right decision. You found him you kept him and Odie is the coolest cat ever😊 He is safe and you keep an eye on him he's healthy and a good condition and he gets to see different places all over the world so what's wrong with that. And the thing is cats really are better indoors than outdoors where they might get eaten by a wild animal or get into a fight with another cat I think the right decision was made he is the king of the highway❤❤❤❤
