I had wondered this as well. I just started watching this channel maybe about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I wasn't searching for anything it just popped up and I started to enjoy seeing the different recipes and looking at how life was back in those times. And so I just started subscribing to it and then I saw that her husband had a channel and I subscribed to his channel as well. I like it just as something different to watch and something uplifting and positive and also for the historical value. Because when Justine cooks or bakes she's using things that they would have used back in that time of living. So I've never heard her speak about an apartment I thought this was something that they just kind of do part time and they actually lived a life of Mr and Mrs 1800s kind of thing. But it's so different because of course people who have money would have lived in big fancy houses with servants and this is taking place in the midwest but on the west coast where you had the cowboys and the ranges and the wild West life was a little bit different I wonder if there's a YouTube channel on that? But I like watching this channel it's it's really great.
