  2. That was a terrible thing to happen on a day where people are supposed to be celebrating and having a good time with their families. Throwing a water balloon at anyone it's just stupid unless you're playing a game. But the people that threw the water balloon were purposely antagonistic. They wanted a fight. And they got one. Why can't people just be adults and behave and enjoy the day. What kind of example are you setting for your children?
