I love this man. We need more of him on this planet. He saves animals he takes care of them he makes sure they get the medical attention that they need to get. What a wonderful wonderful man I mean angel. If people cannot afford to keep their pet dog cat whatever it is that they have don't tie it up to a tree and just give it food! I mean seriously no water just give it some food that's horrible take it to a shelter where they can at least be given food and water and treated right. These people that do that are the scum of the Earth.
