Thank you for saving that poor dog. Why get a dog and chain it and never play with it walk with it or have fun with it? A lot of these videos I see from Bali are just abandoned by their owners or they just keep breathing. And that's terrible but I am glad they are good people out there to help these dogs and cats❤❤❤❤😊
