  1. I used to live in Fresno and they have a lot of abuse cases there. Plus in the summer it gets so hot it's just horrible conditions for any kind of animal. I'm so glad that you were able to get the sweet boy away from the owners. The proof shows that they did not care about that dog at all. That breaks my heart.
