My depression came and went dealing with family issues. They didn't believe me that I had depression and anxiety. And people that I thought were friends left. Didn't things were okay kind of up and down but okay and I was able to handle them. But with this pandemic it's just really one end of the spectrum to the other end of the spectrum and it's either I'm really really happy or just really downright miserable angry at the world myself and everyone. I feel totally hopeless I feel unworthy I have no self-esteem whatsoever and I just wonder what I can do to be better. Maybe this will last about three or four days and I'll get over it only to have it happen a few more months down the road. And there's really no one to talk to about it unfortunately
