The little surprised that got thrown in by Republicans I read online is that unlike the two previous checks this last one can be garnished by the Banks if you have a judgment or a collection notice. Which was not the original intent when signed and it's up to each state to make sure that the people who get it actually do get it. This is just something that typical Republicans like to do because God forbid any poor person gets some money.
