  5. No the thing is that these kids are hard of hearing and deaf. Parents have to work they can't always stay home and teach their kids. Especially kids with these types of needs. I live on the other side of the water and we don't even have anything like this at school that teaches deaf kids. I have a friend who is trying to learn and she's halfway through the course and there's like eight courses es and she's on four. She needs to do all of these courses and pass them so she can be at the entry level.

  8. This is sad. I don't live in the Seattle area but I've read and heard the stories of businesses that have been around for years and years and now they have to close because of that pandemic. If only people would wear a mask it won't save the day but it will help tremendously. I feel bad for businesses who have struggled and paid and Sweat Equity to keep their businesses afloat.

  15. I heard on the news a couple of days ago that people in Oregon and Idaho are going to have to come to Washington because of lack of beds. Which really makes it scary for us here in Washington state. But yet people are still going out not wearing a mask not taking any precautions and doing what they want. Stupid.

  17. No one of course wants to see anyone lose their business or even have it shut down. But this is about not feeling that you're entitled to do whatever you want because you feel that your rights are being taken away. What about other people's rights? That's what it's about. How would the owner feel if someone came in there and got coronavirus from him or one of the employees and died? You have to look at the big picture.

The mom and pop places whether it's a restaurant a little gift shop or whatever it is because these people really save their money and struggled and wanted to make a go of their business. But it's hard when you have to go by what the government says about only serving so many people you can't do this you can't do that because no one wants to be the person who gave Grandma and Grandpa or your aunt or your cousin tell your nieces or nephews Coronavirus. And it's really hard when these people who've worked so hard they have the restaurants just watch it collapse in front of them. And it's Donald Trump's fault. And then he didn't even get enough vaccinations for the United States. He is doing everything he can to ruin America.

  21. It is amazing how quickly the covid-19 vaccine came. I hope that these people do well so that more of us can get the vaccine and we won't have to wear masks or socially distance anymore and life can go back to somewhat normalcy.

But in this year people are tired of trump and his BS and his lies and remember coronavirus over 225,000 people died because of this man. You would see that the virus did come here and if he would have paid attention to the facts and the scientist and started to do something when these cases were first showing up in Everett at the nursing home and they started to spread he could have done something about it. But he refused to saying that he Panic. Which was old BS and you know it's Jeff. The second thing is he wanted to keep the numbers low. So for starters why would you even want someone like that? The other thing is why would you vote for someone who thinks he can grab women whenever he wants to but I guess you're in denial about that. So instead of being a bully and calling me blue hair why don't you get your head out of your red hair and think about the facts.

  30. This is a very sad and tragic scene. I just watched a 90-minute expose done by one of your competitors ABC on the situation. And it's a vicious circle. There's homeless people because they do drugs they do drugs because they're homeless. There is people with mental health issues roaming the streets one woman was hit over the head and left on the sidewalk to bleed as people walked by. The cops are helpless because they take these people who do drugs and have felonies they put them in jail and they're out and sometimes they don't even go to jail they run the streets making drug deals out in the open. And putting most people in a hotel or a building would be good but what about the people with the mental health problems? What about the people selling meth on the street in the open? He kept referring to the hotel called the Morrison where four cops have to go in because that's how unsafe it is. So moving all these people who are homeless because of one reason or another who are probably not wearing masks there's no proper hygiene there's people who steal there's people who do drugs you're just going to push the problem someplace else.

And what makes it even worse is that sometimes people in the smaller communities across the water from Seattle go over to Seattle area and visit friends families and bring it back to their small communities like Jefferson County the Olympic Peninsula Kitsap Clallam County and people who live in Seattle come to visit people and these areas and take it back to Seattle.
