  1. The only thing I have to say is what a jerky is. No one can control the weather you can't control if a plane comes in late or anything you just have to do what you can do and deal with it. You're not going to like it but why make it worse for yourself by getting pissed off at the world? Bad behavior is not acceptable people who do bad behavior think they are entitled to everything to their own way and it's just not how it works. Sometimes when we have to deal with the public whether it's an 800 number a doctor's office or customer service it can be very frustrating for both sides. I have gotten frustrated but I never take it out on the person because it's not their fault. When the person helps me and we get everything taken care of I always think the person so much and I never get mad at them because what can they do they're just trying to do a job the best they can. When I'm in a grocery store I always make a little joke for the person just to make their day better. Maybe bill needs to have a job behind the counter so he can know what it's like.
