To me it looks like he was holding a hat that was rolled up . But looking at the picture overall it appeared that he was not really planning to be there. Because look at how he is dressed. A white shirt jacket and tennis shoes I've never seen him dressed like that. Usually he's more put together. So it looks like he had to go there for something else not something that was going to be like a rally or he was going to be in charge of because he would have been waving two cameras and making his presence known but this was something that he was I don't want to be seen I'm just here and just the way that he is dressed you can really see how fat he is. Strangeness for sure.
