  1. People who have COPD cough. And people who have allergies cough. I have allergies in the winter I cough. Before the pandemic came when I had allergies I covered my mouth. Or I would cough into my sleeve or I would pull a shirt or sweater over my mouth when I coughed. Because that's the courteous thing to do you don't want to spread germs so you cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. Those are the pre-pandemic rules of being courteous. Just because you have an allergy or COPD doesn't give you the right to cough and let your spit fly everywhere let's just rude and disgusting. And people who are exempt from wearing a mask I hope they did get vaccinated. But people who refuse to wear a mask because they claim that they have a medical condition are not really being courteous to other people. People who maybe are claustrophobic and have a good medical reason from their doctor and I'm sure there's very few, that are vaccinated and cannot wear a mask I'm sure that they are courteous people and they take precautions because they don't want to harm others. That woman could be a systemic she could not get covid but she could carry it so coughing woman is wrong and the color woman I just don't know about her at all.
