  3. I kinda disagree about the implicit returns thing, specifically in the case of map functions like the one shown. You take every line passed in, and replace it with something. What is that thing? if line.starts_with(‘{‘), then it’s Some(line). Else, it’s None. Seems pretty clean to me, and it means you don’t have to think of the function as a function, just as what it does.
