There are entire videos pointing out the dozens of false statements Phil made regarding that program. They are easy to find

  4. @Thunderfoot. Your basing the weight calculation of a "concrete barrier" at 500kg (1100lbs) on a 500mm (19in) (see 9:18). This is not what the truck is hauling. These are most likely 10-foot Jersey barriers that weigh around 1800kg (4,000 lbs) per barrier. I hope this was a genuine miscalculation on your part.

  9.  @dataandcolours  Electric Trucks are allowed to weigh 2,000 lbs. more than a conventional semi. 11 barriers @4klbs =44k Trailer 10k reported total weight of 81k means the tractor is 27k. This is within the 82k limit of DOT. (with driver allowance). Thunderfoot got ahead of himself.
