@mikicerise6250 Define "novel problems," "complex systems," and the rules for the measure of "speed." To the point, we define what's intelligent based on what interested groups value.

@mikicerise6250 Novel problems are indeed defined as problems that have not been previously encountered. However, it still requires that someone define/identify the problem (i.e. the bias of the observer defines what is novel). On complex systems, you're basically being meta. Speed, see above. I'm not being snarky. You're just missing the point entirely since you're the actual subject.
