  1. I'm on board with your assessment of existing low-code solutions. However, while it is difficult not to make said assessment of such systems based on what you've encountered, it's analogous to making assumptions about a group of people based on the only ones you've encountered. To be clear, the low-code concept is not less powerful, it's the current implementations, presumably by people who are attempting to solve the wrong problem.
