  1. 6:00 Don't be such a self-centered pimadonna. This is a reasonable question: "Is (blah) still maintained? I asked a question a here (blah) again and have not heard back" If someone is dependent on a project, they ask a question about it, and don't hear anything back, it's perfectly reasonable to wonder if it's dead. EDIT: Yeah, I've received such inquiries in my career as a commercial software developer. On the one hand, no, I don't like getting hit with it. But, on the other hand, I'm always appreciative that someone uses/appreciates my work enough to inquire about it. So, I man up, lean toward the positive, and do whatever I can to respond to the inquirer.
