  1. That's a wonderful view. I'd only point out that big companies don't actually invest in the web to drive it forward. They invest in their own growth. This is not necessarily good for the web, nor for smaller companies.

  2.  @TomDoesTech  It's always good to ignore tech predictions. After all, I'm still waiting on that paperless office that we were promised in the late 1980's, early 1990's. (yeah, I'm old)
