Yep. Been there. I called the cops because my wife's car was stolen. They arrive and one cop asks me did I steal it. This is America :^/

@joylastname3035 Yeah, that's seriously effed up. Fortunately for me, the other cop wasn't racist; he basically told his partner to cut that sh!t out. It was still embarrassing... all my neighbors were gathered around. But, straight up? I felt the rage bubbling up inside me. If that non-racist cop wasn't there, I'd have been shot right there. And he would've gotten away with it even with all those eyes watching since there were no camera phones to record things in the late 1990's.
