  1. I guess I don't really fall into any of these. The closest would be the Old Jaded Guy. Yep, I'm old. And I code primarily in C, but that's it. But the interesting thing is that the overarching stereotype is that programmers are white. I'm Black. And when I was younger, no one ever guessed that I was a programmer; freaked people out when I did SIGGRAPH back in the day. I got linebacker, movie producer (weird public queries while in Hollywood 🤷‍♂), or generally anything non-programmery. Now that I'm old, people no longer try to guess. Rather than be depressed, I just choose to see it as a good thing. 😅
