When we got our peacocks as chicks, our cat was TERRIFIED! He hunts birds, which is why we keep him indoors during fledging reason, and we think he tried to yeet a turkey baby once and got his ass handed to him. Peacock chicks (peachicks) look a LOT like turkey chicks. They are distant cousins.
