How about a video on how seatbelts aren't actually made for women, and therefore are less safe for women, because we are significantly shorter than men...or because our chests aren't flat....and so the belt slides up to our necks, creating the possibility of severe injury in a crash?

The problem with such things is twofold. First, I don't know if any such programs for renting safety seats in the USA, which is typical of our system. Second, the plastics in safety seats degrade over time, and therefore the seats have a legitimate expiration date. It's always printed into the seat somewhere easy to find. The seats are also considered unsafe if they have been involved in any accident. I'm not sure how you would check to make sure this is the case for a rental car seat.
