  1. Aww www! You're her chosen hooman! She will settle. We've had four rescue kitties at this point, and it takes awhile. Some adapt to cushy circumstances more quickly, some need weeks or months. We adopted two brother kittens the week before Thanksgiving 2020, and while Dr J is only a little nervous now, his brother Emperor Floofbuttine is a serious nervous Nettie. Unless he feels truly safe he will still hide, even from us. He's still much more calm than when they came home, though. Give it time 😻😻💜💜
