  4. The Palistinians helped Hamas construct kilometers and kilometers of tunnels in Gaza and cheered the Hamas on October7th. They constructed tunnels when the power was on. Now, they can construct tunnels when the power is off. (Israel has cut off power in Gaza.) Israel is not going to help them.
