  1. In Mediterranean areas they are starting to regulate touristic and expat apartments, this has made increasingly more people moving to here, the north of Spain which was forgotten before. The local government sadly sees this as the ticket to revive our economy, which is shambles after the closure of mines in the 1980s, and don't regulate anything even worse they encourage it.
