Belarus is actually quite nicer than other post-soviet countries, mainly because of the cleanliness and the fact many things still work like they did before, Russians say a lot things like "This country isn't what it used to be, now everything is dirty and doesn't work", but Belarusians don't think that bad of their country even if they oppose the regime.
