I think a lot of folks are not informed and most of it falls into name recognition or what the media tells them. people tend to vote with their emotions vs. a candidate's platform. for this gentleman, it was clear that he voted with his emotions. Trump gave him that one tiny ray of hope that he is still holding onto. he's not the only one, unfortunately.

Storm the only position I have is this: the folks holding the powers want the people to fight with each other, so we will be too distracted to see what they're doing. you're still stuck in the all or nothing stage, I can understand, but there comes a time when you have to learn that calling people names and making enemies with people you don't agree with, achieves nothing and only deepens the chasms that divide us. politics will go on as usual as long as we are divided. compassion and understanding each other will help us in the long term of achieving our common goals.

  47. it's possible. just look at bernie's record when he was mayor. that's the only reason why i trust he is fiscally conservative. i think its costly when you create a bunch of programs for specific groups of interests. theres a lot of overlap and they all dont have a return on investment. his mindset is to simplify the social programs and ensure a return is made from those programs.
